Can Making Compound Liner Injection Gun / Injector
Our compound liner injection gun, also referred to as glue injector, is a core complete assembly designed for metal can compound end lining production equipment, fully interchangeable and drop-in compatible with Stolle Rotary End Liner models and all mainstream can lining machinery for food, beverage and aerosol EOE production lines.
As the central execution unit for sealing compound coating, this precision injector accurately stabilizes and regulates the flow rate, injection pressure and dispensing volume of liquid sealing compound during high-speed rotary lining cycles. It delivers uniform, consistent glue layers across every metal can end without uneven coating, insufficient compound or excessive glue overflow — typical defects that lead to air gaps, liquid seepage and can leakage after filling and double seaming.
Reliable and stable sealant distribution from this injection gun directly locks in the airtight, leak-proof performance of finished cans, drastically cutting factory reject rates caused by defective sealing. The whole assembly adopts wear-resistant internal core parts (including our matched glue pins) to withstand long-duration continuous mass production, minimizing frequent line shutdowns for maintenance and part replacement.
This injection gun serves as a cost-effective alternative to original OEM Stolle assemblies, requiring no structural modifications to your existing rotary lining equipment. We supply standard specifications matching Stolle machine parameters, while also providing fully customized injection gun assemblies tailored to your unique production line drawings, output speed and compound viscosity requirements.
