Our EOE Pull Tab Mold is a high-precision forming die specially manufactured for mass production of metal easy-open end pull tabs, widely matched with all mainstream EOE production lines including Stolle series can-making equipment. It completes one-step stamping and shaping of pull tabs for food, beverage and aerosol can ends, delivering consistent forming precision to avoid tab deformation, cracking and burrs during high-speed continuous operation.
Crafted with premium wear-resistant tool steel and processed through strict CNC precision machining and standardized heat treatment, the mold achieves stable high hardness and strong internal toughness to withstand long-cycle stamping work without frequent dimensional deviation. Every EOE pull tab mold undergoes professional titanium-plated surface finishing as standard configuration. The dense titanium coating effectively reduces friction between the mold and metal raw materials, prevents aluminum sheet adhesion and material buildup on the mold surface, and provides excellent anti-corrosion and super abrasion resistance.
Compared with ordinary uncoated molds, our titanium-plated pull tab mold extends service life greatly, cuts down mold polishing and replacement frequency, reduces production downtime and scrap rate caused by defective pull tabs.
