Crafted from premium DC53 cold work tool steel, the wheel undergoes strict standardized heat treatment to reach a stable hardness of 62–63 HRC. Compared with conventional SKD11 steel, DC53 delivers 2x higher toughness and around 22% improved wear resistance, effectively avoiding edge chipping, cracking and deformation under continuous high-speed rotary cutting operations on sealing compound liners. It maintains ultra-stable dimensional accuracy during long-term mass production, minimizing uneven liner cutting and defective can ends.
Each separation wheel adopts professional titanium plating surface finishing. The dense titanium coating greatly lowers surface friction coefficient, resists adhesion of sticky sealing compound, and provides outstanding anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion performance.
