DC53 Tool Steel Version (HRC 58–62)
After standardized heat treatment, DC53 steel balances excellent toughness and wear resistance. It resists cracking under frequent high-speed compound extrusion, suitable for medium-load continuous production lines, with outstanding cost performance as a replacement for original OEM parts.
Tungsten Steel Version (HRC 87–89)
Boasting ultra-high hardness and extreme abrasion resistance, tungsten steel nozzles withstand long-term erosion from viscous sealing compound. Its service life is 3–5 times longer than steel alternatives, perfectly matching high-output, non-stop heavy-duty can lining workshops to cut frequent replacement downtime.
Every glue nozzle is manufactured with strict micron-level dimensional tolerance, ensuring seamless installation without modification to your existing Stolle glue gun injectors. Custom bore sizes, external dimensions and special structural designs are available upon your machine samples or technical drawings to meet unique sealing compound viscosity and coating thickness requirements.
